Register at Carlyle
Parents who are interested in registering their child(ren) at Carlyle Elementary School should contact us for information about eligibility and programs. Carlyle also registers new students throughout the school year, however, acceptance depends on classroom availability.
Registration for siblings of students who are already enrolled at Carlyle begins on January 24th-January 28th, 2022.
New registrations will take place the week of January 31st – February 4th, 2022.
To make an appointment to register your child at Carlyle Elementary School for the 2022-2023 school year, please e-mail the school secretary Ms. Christina MacDougall at cmacdougall@emsb.qc.ca.
Carlyle registers new students throughout the school year, however, acceptance depends on the space available. Parents must have a Certificate of Eligibility for their child.
Please bring the following documents with you to the school:
- The Certificate of Eligibility or permanent code of the child, parent, or sibling whose eligibility is being used.
- Proof of Canadian citizenship of the child, parent, or sibling whose eligibility is being used.
- The child's long-form birth certificate, showing both parents' names.
- Proof of residence (lease, driver's license, utility bill, etc.)
- A copy of the “Carnet de Santé” (all pages).
